Doors open at 1:00pm and music starts at 3:00pm. The show will end around 11:00pm

What happens if an artist cancels?
All scheduled artists at the festival, including those of headliners , are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be given for such changes or cancellations.
Yes - simply select Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay when purchasing your tickets on Eventbrite.
Is there a place that I can leave a ticket for a friend?
You may do so at your own risk at the on-site box office.
I bought my ticket on Kijiji/facebook - how do I check if it is valid?
There is no way to check if it is valid. To make sure you get a real and admissible ticket please purchase it from our official vendor.
Can I exchange my ticket(s) if I do not use them?
No exchanges under any circumstances.
Does YQM Country Fest process refunds?

Where can I purchase my tickets?

Where do I park?
There is assorted parking throughout the city within walking distance. We will also be offering park and ride services.
Where is the nearest city?
The venue is directly in the heart of the City of Dieppe.
Do you have travel packages?
We do not offer travel packages.

ONSITE
Am I allowed to bring a backpack or purse into the Festival?
Yes, however all items are subject to inspection.
What should I do if I lose my child inside the Festival?
If your child becomes lost inside venue itself, please notify a security officer.
What isn’t allowed?
Framed Backpacks, Large bags, Umbrellas, Outside food or beverages, Cans or glass bottles, Alcohol, Contraband, Pets, Video equipment, Professional cameras, Recording devices, Laser pointers, Skateboards, Inline skates, Kites, Drones, Frisbees, Picnic baskets, Weapons of any kind, Go Pro’s & Selfie Sticks
Can I bring food or drink into the venue?
No. However, a variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the venue. Unless due to health restrictions with a doctor’s note. Sealed bottles of water up to 1L are permitted.
Once inside, can I leave and return later?
No, there will be no re-entries under any circumstances.
Can I sell my stuff in the parking lots?
No.
If I am a volunteer, media, vendor or staff where do I check in?
The check in tent is located right beside the VIP entrance. Please have your credentials in-hand or you will not be admissible on the site.
Can I bring a camera to the Festival?
Personal use cameras and phone are allowed but no professional grade models (removable lense.)
Can I bring chairs?
Yes, Only standard “bag” chairs are acceptable to bring.
Can I bring a stroller for my child into the Festival?
Yes, strollers are acceptable.
Can I bring in a prescription?
Prescription medication is allowed in the original prescription bottle, any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed in – provided that they are new and the original, factory-sealed container.
Where is the lost & found?
The lost and found will be near the main exit during the festival. If you haven’t retrieved your lost item(s) you can write to info@yqmcountryfest.ca after the festival has ended.
